TYPES OF EVENTS:

From Birthday Parties to Bat/Bar Mitvahs and Holiday Celebrations to Corporate Events, at Golden Events we plan them all!  Whether your event is a backyard bbq or a black tie affair we enjoy working on several different types of events ranging in scale and theme.  Golden Events is also well known for interactive events like Sports and Teambuilding Mitzvahs.

WHY AND HOW TO PLAN WITH GOLDEN EVENTS:

WHY? It requires an enormous amount of time to properly create an event.  Hiring a Golden Events’ Event Planner can not only reduce most of the pre-event workload but our planners are onsite during your event catering to your needs and dealing with the unexpected.

HOW? Our first contact with clients is typically over the phone or through e-mail to learn some basic details about their upcoming event.  From there we have a complimentary meeting to discuss and brainstorm about the event.  Golden Events staff is then in constant contact with our clients via phone, e-mail and several meetings up until your party.  We combine organization, imagination and event knowledge to create your event vision and we recognize that every event is as different and special as our clients planning the event. 

FEES? Golden Events’ planner fees are determined by what services you will need for your upcoming event and your event budget.  We typically charge a flat fee for event planning, though for some events it may be more appropriate to charge an hourly fee.  Golden Events’ planning prices are determined early on in the event planning process so that clients are fully aware of how they will be charged for our time.

BRANDING AND FAVORS:

BRANDING- It is unique to have a graphic designer on staff at an event planning company, so we use this to benefit our clients!  No matter what the scale of an event, most clients work with our graphic designer to create a custom logo that will make their event both consistent and memorable. Golden Events was created by Greenwich natives who saw the need for creative and fun event planning in Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.  The co-owners expanded their promotional products company into Golden Events, bridging logo design and event planning.  We provide everything from smaller services such as themed décor, custom party favors and entertainment to the full production and event planning of your next event.
