Ticket Order Terms and Policies

Ticket orders placed with Golden Ticket Events are fulfilled through our network of participating brokers.  The fulfilling broker's contact information will be sent to your email account.

Our online ticket inverntory information is updated every 20 minutes.  In rare circumstances the requested rickets may have been purchased online moments before your transaction is complete, althought this will occur in less than 1% of transactions.  If the requested tickets are no longer available, your credit card will not be charged.

Golden Ticket Events is not responsible for the actions or failure to act of any ticket broker, venue, or performer, nor are we affiliated with any sports team, venue or performer.  All sales are final.
